Please describe the issue. Do not email your birth date, birth time, city, or other sensitive information.

Creating your chart: enter your birth date and search for your birthplace. If you do not know your birth time, turn on “I don’t know my birth time”. You can update these details in Settings. A change to your birth details starts a new chart and conversation; your journal text and entry references remain on this device; attached photos stay in private Cloudflare storage.

Free and Pro: your chart, daily reflection and journal are free. Free access includes up to 3 AI replies a day; Astrea Pro includes up to 100. The subscription page shows your local renewal time and store prices. To manage or cancel a subscription, open Astrea Pro in Settings. To restore a subscription, use the same store account and tap Restore purchases.

Your journal: text and entry references stay on this device. Journal photos are stored privately in Cloudflare and are not sent to AI unless you choose one in chat. A photo you select in chat is sent with your message to the AI provider. Deleting an entry or all data removes its cloud photos and requires an internet connection. Uninstalling alone does not delete cloud photos and removes anonymous access to them.
